Sited on the northern part of La Digue Island Hotel L'Ocean is a magnificent establishment which overlooks the nearby islands and the turquoise blue sea. Peacefully set at the bottom of the eagle's nest mountain, Hotel L'ocean serves appetizing Creole cuisine in the well known hotel's Patatran restaurant.
Having a perfect view of the nearby islands the hotel has a wonderful Creole architecture. The furniture's at L'Ocean is made locally from casuarinas woods and Alexandrian Laurel woods which make them not only beautiful but strong as well.
Hotel L'Ocean organises Creole buffet every Wednesday's and Saturday's and live entertainment every Monday's and Saturday's.
The hotel also gives charitable donations to schools and even those who come for sponsors.
The establishment is very conscious about the environment, they use local fertilizers and coconut husk to plant with; in addition they use the energy saver bulb around the hotel so that they use less energy.
