The Lipica Stud Farm. /  is the cradle of all Lipizzaner horses in the world. Nowadays it is one of the most beautiful cultural and historical monuments in the region, its rich history reaching back to the year of 1580. Lipica Stud Farm has centuries tradition of breading and selecting purebread horses. In the 1960’s the Lipica Stud Farm established the Classic Riding School which is still participates in worldwide equestrian events. They successfully combines rich natural and cultural heriateg of the unique karst evironment with modern turist offer.

Lipizzaner Museum Lipikum. / is a centre of cultural and tourist offer of the Lipica Stud Farm. It is designed in accordance with modern museological principles and enables visitors to obtain desired information by themselves by means of different interactions. The content connected in any way with the rich history of the stud farm and the Lipizzaner is available for visitors in the museum.
