Boating and rafting on the Mura
The Mura River can be experienced from the banks or from a traditional raft. There are aluminium boats available that will take you down the river and give you an opportunity to admire the beautiful landscape. Alternatively, you can also go rafting on the Mura.
Horse riding
For horse riding in Pomurje, choose the Rakičan mansion near Murska Sobota (riding school, riding for tourists, horse-drawn carriage rides) or the Zaton equestrian club in Petanjci (riding school, riding for tourists).

Paintball and archery are available in the nearby paintball park. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.

There are rich hunting grounds along the Mura all the way to Goričko and plenty of opportunities for fishing in the river.

Food-themed excursions in Prekmurje
Guests can take part in a food-themed excursion where they will be introduced to the traditional Prekmurje cuisine. The excursion includes a visit to the church in Bogojina and a demonstration of traditional pottery craft.
Culture and history
The most interesting sights around Terme 3000 include the Plečnik church in Bogojina, the 13th century rotunda in Selo, the Aquila frescoes in Martjanci and Turnišče, and Slovenia's largest castle in Grad.
The Jeruzalem wine road
On this excursion, guests can see the process of producing high quality pumpkin seed oil and admire the Jeruzalem wine road. This is followed by a lunch of local delicacies and a visit to the Salesian monastery.
Otok ljubezni (Island of Love) and the mill on the Mura
Guests are taken to the Island of Love at Ižakovci on a traditional raft, where they are treated to a traditional "büjraš" (dam builder’s) snack and a love potion. The excursion includes a demonstration of the work done by the "büjraši", people who reinforced the banks of the Mura in the past.
Discovering pottery
The excursion includes a visit to a pottery workshop, a Pannonian village of reconstructed Pannonian houses, a permanent exhibition of 20th century Filovci pottery master craftsmen and an exhibition by the Ceramics Artists and Pottery Makers Association of Slovenia.

Bukovnica Lake (Bukovniško jezero) is a veritable treasure trove of the miraculous power of nature – relaxing, calming and revitalising energy. The chapel of St. Vitus and the Vitus spring of healing water are situated near the lake.
