The Samaya Ubud was designed as an extension of the Samaya Seminyak, where our guests can experience the unique delivery of Balinese hospitality in another superb location set alongside the River Ayung.

Our ‘Swept-away’restaurant, set upon the Ayung River, provides a soothing resonance whilst guests can enjoy a truly unique dining experience. Executive Chef I Wayan Yuniarta is continually coming up with new inspired and creative dishes, whilst collaborating with our Chef de Cuisine I Nyoman Wiratma. Chef de Cuisine, I Nyoman Wiratma has emulated his successful style from the 5 years he spent at the award winning ‘Breeze’ restaurant at our Sister property Samaya Seminyak, where there is an array of modern and eclectic dishes, maintaining a strong focus on local produce and authentic flavours, which is what they are serving here for you.
